JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION
*** Job Description *** – Ability to prepare full set of Accounts alone – Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet & Management Account, Receipt & Payment …etc monthly using the Accounting System will be an advantage. – Prepare accurate, on time monthly financial report. – Prepare payments for suppliers and contractors. – Handling issues related to the properties and the facilities. – Assist the Building Manager on bad debts, defaulters and sending statement of accounts. – Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit. – Involve in budget preparation. – Maintain proper filing & housekeeping of accounting records. – Perform other duties as and when required. *** Requirement *** – LCCI / Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or related field – Good communication skill, independent and problem-solving skills. – 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field. – Diploma/ bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. – Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures. – Applicants with property management accounts experience has higher advantages – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
